The Splash Pad is open daily from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. The water can be activated when you step on the sensor, located on the north side of concrete (on the right side when you approach the pad). After a set period of time, the splash pad will automatically shut off and remain off unless it is activated again by another tap on the sensor.
NOTICE: The City is in the process of updating the utility maps with GPS coordinates of all water shut-off locations, which are temporarily being marked with blue paint.
Eye on Water App
Powered by Badger Meter, Eye On Water lets Walcott water utility customers view their latest water usage on a desktop or mobile device. Customers can quickly view recent water usage with a two-week comparison, view detailed water usage history by the hour, day, week, and month, and sign up to receive alerts for potential leaks. To register for Eye On Water, visit: eyeonwater.com/signup or download the Eye On Water app on your mobile device! You’ll need your account number, which you can find on your water utility bill. This app allows customers to view their water usage, not billing or payment information. EyeonWater Instructions
