Planning & Zoning Commission
The Walcott Planning & Zoning Commission meets the second Monday of each month to review and make recommendations to the City Council regarding the following development concerns:
- Subdivision of Property
- Site Development Plans
- Rezoning of Property
The Zoning Administrator should be consulted to determine which process is appropriate for your development.
Zoning Board of Adjustment
The Walcott Zoning Board of Adjustment was created to authorize Variances, Special Use Permits, and Uses Permitted upon Review through the Walcott Zoning Ordinance. Meetings are scheduled by the Zoning Administrator following receipt of an appropriate application.
